Meek is a counting system used for PR-STV elections. It solves a minor set of inconsistencies that can result from other methods, and is regarded as the most neutral and accurate method for counting PR-STV elections. PRSA policy is to advocate for the Meek method, with the Weighted Inclusive Gregory method also considered as an acceptable alternative.
Meek uses keep values for candidates instead of transfer values for votes.
